Terms and conditions

“The Grand Lounge Elite” operates 5 (five) VIP lounges, 1 (one) located at the Felipe Ángeles International Airport and 4 (four) VIP lounges in Terminal 1 of the Mexico City International Airport. Our services are available 365 days a year. Below are the VIP lounges and their access costs:

• The Grand Lounge Elite AIFA: Located at the end of the right hallway past the security checkpoints, near the fast-food area. Access cost: $700.00 MXN / $37.00 USD.
• The Grand Lounge Elite: Located past the Duty-Free area of checkpoint G, walking toward boarding gate 19. Access cost: $900.00 MXN / $47.00 USD.
• Lounge 19: Located in front of boarding gate 19 in the international area. Access cost: $800.00 MXN / $42.00 USD.
• Terraza Elite: Located past the Duty-Free area of checkpoint G, walking toward boarding gate 19, behind The Grand Lounge Elite. Access cost: $800.00 MXN / $42.00 USD.
• HAVEN: Located past the Duty-Free area of checkpoint G, walking toward boarding gate 19, on the 1st floor above The Grand Lounge Elite. Access cost: $900.00 MXN / $47.00 USD.

“The Grand Lounge Elite” offers various access methods, which do not apply to all lounges. These methods are as follows:

• Priority Pass Membership**
• Lounge Key Membership**
• VISA Mexico Platinum, Infinite, and Signature Cards**
• Air France Business Class and Club 2000
• KLM Business Class
• Emirates First Class, Business Class, Platinum Skywards Members, and Gold Skywards Members*
• Turkish Airlines Business Class, Miles&Smiles Elite Plus Member, Miles&Smiles Elite Member, Star Alliance Gold Card Member, Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card Member with the name "Mexico" visible on the card*
• Lufthansa First Class, Business Class, Star Alliance First Class, HON Circle, Senator, Star Alliance Gold, Star Alliance Paid Membership*
• Iberia Business Class, Iberia Infinita Prime Card, Iberia Infinita Card, Iberia Singular Card, Iberia Platino Card, Iberia Oro Card, Oneworld Emerald, and Oneworld Sapphire*
• China Southern Airlines Business Class and Sky Pearl Club*
• Hainan Airlines Business Class*
• Walk-in without reservation (except Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 17:00 and 20:00)**
• Walk-in with reservation through our website.

Access methods marked with * do not apply to The Grand Lounge Elite AIFA.
Access methods marked with ** do not apply to HAVEN.

“The Grand Lounge Elite” is authorized to provide the following services in its VIP lounges:

1. À la carte dining (one dish per guest included with access method).
2. Food bar.
3. Alcoholic beverages.
4. Non-alcoholic beverages.
5. WiFi connection.
6. Document printing (up to 10 sheets per guest).
7. Entertainment and information:
   1. Magazines.
   2. Newspapers.
   3. Cable TV.
8. Shower service.
9. Spa services (one service per guest included):
   1. Gel manicure.
   2. Nail polish.
   3. Hand massage.
   4. Foot massage.
   5. Straightening hairstyle.
   6. Wavy hairstyle.
   7. Nail laser printing (two prints per guest).
10. Secure luggage storage.
11. Shoe shining.
12. Golf cart transportation to boarding gates.

With all access methods, guests are entitled to 1 (one) specified service and 1 (one) sub-service. Any additional service or sub-service will incur a charge of $150.00 (ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS 00/100 M.N.) per extra service provided to the guest.

These services may vary by location, are subject to availability, and must be scheduled upon arrival. Services are assigned and provided based on the order of arrival and scheduled time. Services cannot be scheduled prior to the guest's arrival or at the time of reservation. Guests must make their reservation a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days and a minimum of 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance of the date and time they intend to use the VIP lounge services of “The Grand Lounge Elite” through the websiteor via social media on Facebook under the user “The Grand Lounge Elite” or Instagram under the user “@thegrandloungeelite”. Guests must consider their flight schedule when making a reservation. The reservation is subject to confirmation via email or the social media platform used to schedule the visit.
