• The number of yearly accesses for the cardholder and guests is determined by the bank that issued your membership or based on the plan contracted directly with Priority Pass.

• Free access for up to two children under 12 years old per membership.

If you are a VISA Platinum, Infinite or Signature card holder, you will be able to enter and enjoy all our free services.

• Platinum Card: 6 annual visits or 3 visits with an additional guest included.
• Infinite Card: Unlimited accesses plus 2 guests.
• Signature Card: 8 single visits, or 4 with a guest.
• The maximum stay is 2 hours.

For Air France La Première passengers, we have reserved a private suite designed for maximum comfort and rest. In addition, you can enjoy a special menu and personalized service.

Anyone can access and enjoy all the services in our VIP lounges located in Terminal 1 of the Mexico City International Airport and Felipe Ángeles Airport.

Single-access (walk-in) rates vary by lounge: access to The Grand Lounge Elite and/or Haven is $47.00 USD, while access to Terraza Elite, Lounge 19 is $42.00 USD and The Grand Lounge Elite at the AIFA is $37.00 USD. Consider that a non-refundable $5 USD per person confirmation fee is required due to high demand, securing your VIP lounge reservation.

The cost is per person and includes a maximum stay of three hours. You can pay by credit or debit card through our website, directly in the lounge, or in cash.

Refunds for walk-in reservations apply only if the cancellation is made within the first 24 hours after purchase. After that period, no refunds will be issued, even if the guest does not show up to our venue.
